Concept H.R. will rank first in providing benefits to clients rather than first in size, valuing quality of client over quantity of clients. We are devoted to the highest degree of service and professionalism in order to retain long lasting relationships with our clients.

Overview

Concept HR Midwest was formed in 2012 by Tom Conroy. In the early 1990′s Tom worked for a national payroll company for five years. He later went on to be an owner of a small business in another field. After processing his payroll for 25 employees with another national payroll provider, Tom was referred to Concept HR by a friend who utilized Concept HR services. Due to a lack of service and attention to his needs Tom became a client. Four years after being a satisfied customer, Tom made an investment to become a regional partner of Concept HR.

While our presence in the midwest is recent, Concept HR has been in business since 1998. Our software partner is based in Ohio so we are always current with local, state, and federal tax law changes. Together we help hundreds of clients accurately pay employees, pay and file payroll taxes, assist with human resource consulting and guidance, as well as provide ancillary solutions such as, time and attendance, 401k plans, and benefits.

Julie Barhorst is a new addition to the Concept HR Midwest team. Julie has over seven years experience in the payroll services industry. She is actively involved with the Chamber, Rotary, BNI, and the Miami Valley American Payroll Association. Julie also devotes her time and talents to many charitable events.

Our local team has over 15 years of experience in the payroll services industry.
